Refunds/Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of our items and our dedication to our turn around times, we do not accept cancellations. We do not accept exchanges or returns for any other reason. All sales final unless an error on our part is made.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive an item broken or damaged, I must have a picture of the item still in original packaging broken within 24 hours of the package being delivered to you. Please email to info@kelliqdesigns.com. After the item has been worn it is no longer our responsibility.
